Our Truck Rebuild Process
We don't flip trucks. We rebuild them. Here's exactly what happens between the day one rolls into our yard and the day it gets listed on the site.
Rebuild steps
- 01Step 01
Source good bones
We hand-pick trucks with solid frames, straight rails, and honest histories. No rebuilt titles, no salvage, no covered-up damage.
- 02Step 02
Teardown & inspection
Every rebuild starts with a full teardown. Water system, drivetrain, cab, electrical — nothing gets a pass without eyes on it.
- 03Step 03
Rebuild the water system
New pumps, new spray heads, fresh plumbing where it's needed. When we say the water system is brand new, we mean it.
- 04Step 04
Drivetrain & brakes
Injector pumps, injectors, clutches, brakes — repaired or replaced with quality parts, not the cheapest thing on the shelf.
- 05Step 05
Test drive & road-check
Every rebuilt truck gets driven, loaded, and worked before it hits the listing. If it's not ready for a jobsite, it doesn't go up for sale.
- 06Step 06
List with the receipts
The listing spells out what we did. Come look it over in person — we'll walk you through every repair, plain and simple.
